The Poiz Residences
New kid on the block
The Poiz, a mixed-use development, is the first of its kind in the small and otherwise, sleepy town of Potong Pasir. Set to complete in 2020, it will bring some 77 retail, 7 food & beverages, and 731 residential units into one highly accessible space. Realising this unique development, the design team drew inspiration from its site context so that three things characterise its master plan and design scheme: luxurious city-fringe living, connectivity and convenience.
Located on the city fringe yet surrounded by major roads, Poiz Residences is all about great connectivity. It is not only a short drive away from Kallang Riverside, which is slated to be transformed to a lifestyle waterfront precinct. The new Bartley-Tampines viaduct also allows residents to access major expressways, namely the CTE, PIE and KPE. This connectivity, in turn, places Poiz Residences a mere 12 minutes’ drive to the central business district and Orchard Road as well as easy access to central, east and north sides of the island.

Eminently located in front of Potong Pasir Station and along Upper Serangoon Road and Meyappa Chettiar Road, Poiz Residences is set to be the new landmark of Potong Pasir. Modern and sophisticated, our team of professionals assisted in the realisation of the design of all eight residential towers and retail podium block by conducting site analysis and proposing engineering schematics in accordance with Singapore’s code requirements.
