Leslie specialises in mechanical engineering and a wide array of building services and has over 20 years of experience across local and overseas projects including hotels, commercial, residential, institutional buildings, laboratory and mixed-use developments.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in infrastructure planning, feasibility studies, design, tender preparation, construction supervision. With thorough and close attention to detail, he is well-versed in the design, testing, commissioning and contract administration of various mechanical building services such as air conditioning & mechanical ventilation systems; fire protection systems; plumbing and sanitary; for various developments and laboratory design.

He also plays the role of a project manager and is in charge of liaising between clients, architects, suppliers, sub-contractors and other specialist consultants. With a can-do attitude and focus on clarity in communication, he grooms young engineers to be proficient and skilled future leaders. As a Green Mark Accredited Professional, he is equipped to guide projects towards more sustainable outcomes.
